One of the most important things you should know about me is that I am a product of the great city of Chicago!!! Go Bulls, Bears, Blackhawks, and Cubs! I did, however, marry a Ravens fan, so I've adopted them as my new "Home Team".

I came to know the Lord at a young age and have had opportunities to serve Him in a number of ways throughout the years. My journey in Christ has not always been flawless, but I am grateful that He does not give up on those He claims as His own.

I met my husband, Marty Bennett, in 1995 after being transplanted to the Maryland area upon completion of graduate school. We were instant friends, but God had a bigger plan for our lives. We married in 1996 and have been growing together in life and in the Lord ever since.

In early 2011 the Lord began to give us the vision of a local church, within our own neighborhood, where people could live out their faith in Jesus Christ in a very tangible way. We wanted to become the hands and feet of Christ in the Northern Anne Arundel County area and beyond. Through this vision, “Life Connection Church” was born. We've been blessed to have a wonderful group of people who co-labor with us in this effort and are looking toward the day when God will bring to fruition all that He has planned to accomplish through this ministry for His glory.
